Join a sport and grow in skill, character, and teamwork. Our physical sports CCAs build resilience, coordination, and sportsmanship in every student.
Badminton aims to develop not only the basic skills of the game but also character values such as resilience, perseverance and sportsmanship. Through Badminton, we hope to nurture every player to become a confident individual with a life-long passion for the game. We also hope to inculcate in every player the importance of teamwork and respect. The CCA is open to all, and students who show potential and good learning attitude may be selected to take part in external competition.
The Basketball CCA aims to develop student's psychomotor skills through engaging drills and structured gameplay, with a strong focus on enhancing hand-eye coordination, agility, and anticipation. Through regular training and matches, student's also learn the importance of teamwork and trust, as success on the court depends on effective communication and collaboration. Additionally, the CCA fosters a strong sense of sportsmanship, encouraging student's to compete with respect, resilience, and integrity—both during practice and in competitive settings.
The Football CCA provides student's with opportunities to develop essential psychomotor skills such as coordination, balance, and anticipation through dynamic drills and match play. As a team sport, football emphasizes the importance of teamwork and trust, teaching student's to communicate effectively, support one another, and work together towards a common goal. The CCA also nurtures a strong sense of sportsmanship, encouraging student's to demonstrate respect, fairness, and resilience during both training and competitive matches.
The Rope Skipping CCA focuses on refining students’ psychomotor abilities by developing key physical skills such as balance, coordination, and agility through engaging and progressive routines. As students challenge themselves to master various skipping techniques, they also learn the value of discipline, perseverance, and body awareness. Beyond physical development, the CCA provides a platform for students to practise mindful sportsmanship—demonstrating respect, fairness, and a positive attitude during both training and competitions.
