Our School History
The current Jing Shan Primary School is the merger of the former Da Qiao Primary School and the former Jing Shan Primary School in 2019.

Key Milestones since Merger in 2019
· (2019) Establishment of the School Vision “Thriving Explorers, Mindful Leaders” and the JS Learning Dispositions “Motivation, Appreciation, Resilience and Creativity”
· (2020) Establishment of the School Motto “United and True, Onward We Strive” and the JS BRIGHT Values “Bravery, Responsibility, Integrity and Inventiveness, Gratitude, Humility and Tenacity”
· (2020) Establishment of the JS Total Curriculum Framework
· (2020) Refreshing of the Applied Learning Programme “Green Explorers @ JS” and Learning for Life Programme “Flourish @ JS: Character Strengths, Mindfulness and Gratitude in Action”
· (2020) Establishment of Design Education @ JS as a signature programme with a strong focus on Maker Education
· (2021) Completion of PERI Upgrading including the Indoor Sports Hall
· (2021) Establishment of Student Leadership Development Programme “Every JingShanite A Leader and A Peer Supporter”, with the removal of the Prefectorial Board
· (2022) Opening of MOE Kindergarten @ Jing Shan (MK@JS)
· (2022) Opening of The DQ Linkway to further celebrate school history and heritage
· (2022) Establishment of A Whole-School Approach to Dispositional Development to nurture Future-Ready Learners
· (2025) Establishment of School Partnership [GenEd-SPED] between Jing Shan Primary School and APSN Chaoyang School
